Image Guidelines

There are rules we have to follow when we print any image on any debit card

Please read the full image guidelines below to help you choose the best picture for your card. We have the sole discretion to accept or reject any image. Examples of unacceptable and/or prohibited images are listed below.

Three Attempts

If your image is not accepted, we'll send you an email asking you to try again with a different picture. If after three attempts your images are not accepted, you won’t receive a designed card. You can still use the Card you have.

Your Image Needs to be Yours

When you submit your image, you're certifying that (1) you are either the owner of the image (i.e. the photo was taken by you) or you've obtained consent from the owner to use it; and (2) you have consent from any person that appears in the image.

Your Image is Your Responsibility

You release us completely, from any risk of loss, damages, liability or costs should any be incurred directly or indirectly by the use of the image. You accept all liability for the use of the image you submit. The image will be printed on your customized card as it is provided to us by you. We're not liable for poor quality images if it reflects the quality of your uploaded original image.

Prohibited Images

Please keep in mind that images containing any of the following will be rejected:

Trademark Law, Intellectual property Law & Privacy Restrictions
Trademarks, copyrighted materials, advertising or branding (Okay: A picture you took of your car. Not okay: Image you have taken from the car maker's or someone else's website.)
MasterCard®, Visa®, or any other payment brand references
Any reference to the Olympic Games
Images of celebrities, athletes, musicians or public figures (we can't assume you have permission to use it, BUT pics of you WITH your favorite celebrities are okay)
Telephone numbers and email addresses
Offensive or illegal material
Provocative or sexual content-including nude or semi-nude photos of people of any age
Clearly illegal activity (e.g., underage drinking, drug use or paraphernalia)
Violent (including any bloody images) or racist (including symbols, text or activities), or religiously/politically offensive imagery
Firearms, excluding featured uniformed military or police officials
Obscene behavior or gestures/hand signals considered offensive
